You need to book your own flights, transfers and arrange adequate travel insurance covering you for Privately Booked Accomodation.
Arrival and departure days are totally flexible and you can pick the length of holiday to suit you.
You should be able to enter the apartment as soon as you arrive, the only time you may have to wait until 2pm is if there are other guests leaving that day and this gives us time to make sure you arrive to a clean and tidy apartment.
I ask that you vacate the apartment by 10am on your last day only if there are other guests arriving that day otherwise you may stay and enjoy the apartment and the complex right up until you leave for the airport. This is due to an increasing number of early morning flights, my property managers will make arrangements to collect the keys from you on your last day.

A £60 non refundable deposit is required along with a signed booking form to secure your booking. Until these are received your dates will be provisionally held for 7 days. If your deposit is not received after this time I reserve the right to relet the dates (I will always contact you first)
Your balance and a refundable £60 Security Deposit are due 6 weeks before your holiday
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Sterling Cheque or Paypal
Your booking form will be subject to Terms and Conditions please ensure you read these as they contain vital information regarding payment, the cancellation policy and insurance requirements.
