The price includes cleaning before and after your stay (and a mid clean including a linen change for stays of over a week), bed linen, hand, tea and bath towels and all water and electricity. There are no hidden costs.
Other Information
The price is for the apartment per week not per person
You need to book your own flights, transfers and arrange adequate travel insurance
Arrival and departure days are totally flexible and you can pick the length of holiday to suit you.
You should be able to enter the apartment as soon as you arrive, the only time you may have to wait until 2pm is if there are other guests leaving that day and this gives us time to make sure you have a clean and tidy apartment.
I ask that you vacate the apartment by noon on your last day only if there are other guests arriving that day otherwise you may stay and enjoy the apartment and the complex right up until you leave for the airport.
Please note that this is a strictly non smoking apartment

A £60 non refundable deposit is required along with a signed booking form to secure your booking. Until these are received your dates will be provisionally held for 7 days. If your deposit is not received after this time I reserve the right to relet the dates (I will always contact you first)
Your balance and a refundable £60 Security Deposit are due 6 weeks before your holiday
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Sterling Cheque or Paypal
You can also pay by Euro (please ask as I use the rate on the BBC website at the time of enquiry)
